This is an opportunity to pioneer a cutting-edge fundraising programme at one of the finest state-funded boys’ grammar schools in the country.

Founded in 1615, Wilson’s School delivers a transformational educational experience to able boys of any background or ethnicity, where all are welcomed as equals. Working collaboratively with the Head, your mission will be to maximise fundraising potential and to develop high-value relationships to deliver significant philanthropic income. You will engage powerfully with the alumni, bring innovative approaches to current activities and plan future strategic directions. As a member of the Associate Leadership Team, the Development Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Wilson’s School.

This is a career-defining opportunity to make a formative and significant personal impact on a young and ambitious programme, and will appeal especially to those who champion the unrivalled cause of education and access for all.

Degree level education, strategic acumen, energy, a can-do attitude, political sensitivity and a commitment to the vision and values of the state grammar school sector are all essential prerequisites.
